Security and Authorization
All three FlexTraining modules have their own interfaces
and security. You can limit access to the Administration and Setup
Module to a few
key managers and training coordinators. |
| The Student and Instructor Modules also use
sign-on and password authorization. For example, students may only sign on to the
course for which they are enrolled. |

Remote Enrollment
Once you have configured and scheduled your classes in
FlexTraining, students may enroll over the web, without your involvement. A
pull-down course list lets them choose their class, and the enrollment is a quick and
simple process. You can even set the Start and Stop dates for when the course will
appear in the list, so you can set the class up today, and choose to begin accepting
enrollments next week. |
| FlexTraining can automatically approve the
enrollment, or you can ask that each student be on hold until you use the Enrollment
Approval form to activate them. FlexTraining can even collect and process credit
card payments as the student enrolls. |

Testing and Course Completion
With FlexTraining, you decide how many tests there are,
what percentage is a passing grade, how many attempts a student is allowed, and whether
the correct answers and explanations are displayed afterward. |
| You set a relaxed or rigorous testing policy,
depending on your needs. When a student has passed the last test in a class (and completed
all assignments, if you defined any), an e-mail message is generated and sent to the
Course Administrator. Optionally, the student may choose to print a certificate
signifying the successful completion of the course. |

Room for Growth
The scalable architecture means that you have room to grow,
adding courses, scheduling additional classes, and even increasing class sizes as you need
to. |
| The capacity of FlexTraining is limited only
by your server throughput and the bandwidth in your network connections. And since
we don't use bandwidth-hogging custom data formats, FlexTraining is very clean and
efficient in its use of your resources. |
