FlexTraining
also includes a comprehensive
"Learner Profile" planning and tracking facility.
Learner Profiles allow you to define
your own Certifications, assign them to your online learners as
needed, and track each student's progress against his or her
requirements.
Together with the Student Import
feature and automatic enrollment, this facility helps you proactively manage your training
environment.
In keeping with the FlexTraining
"ease-of-use" philosophy, all planning and tracking is
done through a simple web-based interface within the FlexTraining
Administration system.
See the latest White
Paper on Learning Management System Architecture and the AICC
& SCORM initiative. FlexTraining uses a
Direct Learner Interface, without complex Java coding and layers of "Servlets",
to track user activity and test results.
